La Colmena In Siniscola

09/08/2024: Just today I had lunch at this restaurant. Location of decent size but welcoming and with a modern, cutting-edge, chic and bright design. Very friendly and helpful staff. The menu actually has less choice than other AYCE Asian fusion restaurants, so some "basic" dishes were not there, but the dishes we ordered were all prepared, plated and served to perfection. The best dishes, in my opinion, were the Gyoza, Hosmaki, Nigiri and steamed bread. AYCE formula quite convenient, children of a certain age or height pay less. For the items "food", "service" and "environment" I gave 5 stars out of 5 but in the final rating I gave 4 stars out of 5 because the menu has less choice. I recommend this place

04/08/2024: We have been frequenting this restaurant for years now. Various dishes, for all needs, fish, meat, veggie and all excellent. Sauces and condiments are not excessive, so as not to cover the delicate taste of the ingredients. Fresh fish and not too fatty. The menu has also recently been revised with the addition of some dishes and the possibility of ordering 4 pieces of uramaky instead of the classic 8, which for me is an advantage because it gives me the opportunity to try more dishes!! Friendly, polite but present and fast service. Simple, serene and familiar environment, there is no too high background volume, which allows you to communicate with all the people at the table... What can I say, for me it's like "a cuddle"!!! The best, from all points of view, in the city.
