I had the pleasure of staying at the La Collinetta Hotel and Restaurant and I can say that it was a memorable experience. The hotel is nestled in a lovely hilly setting, surrounded by nature, making your stay extremely relaxing. The rooms are welcoming, well furnished and spotlessly clean, offering all the comfort you need for a regenerating holiday. The strong point of La Collinetta, however, is undoubtedly the restaurant. The cuisine is of the highest quality, with dishes that enhance the authentic flavors of local tradition, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each course is taken care of down to the smallest detail, and the dining room staff is kind, professional and always available to recommend the best pairings with local wines. Breakfast is equally delicious, with a wide choice of homemade desserts, fresh fruit and typical products. The hotel's location is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for exploring the surroundings, rich in natural and cultural attractions. In conclusion, La Collinetta Hotel and Restaurant is the ideal place for those who want to unplug, enjoy excellent cuisine and immerse themselves in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Restaurant a little out of the way from where we lived, otherwise we would definitely have returned. Excellent traditional Abruzzo dishes! We tasted the cheese and egg balls and the tomato bruschetta as an appetizer, before moving on to the kebabs. I also tasted the lamb from the mixed grill. All excellent, absolutely worth trying!
