Like the bars of yesteryear, the atmosphere is quiet and the owners are discreet but friendly. I stopped in for a business lunch, but even though I sat at the table a little longer than usual, they were courteous.

29/12/2025: Whenever I pass through Turin, La Piola is a must-visit. Excellent quality cuisine, and you can taste the passion Mario and his staff put into it. Truly excellent value. Highly recommended for a high-quality Piedmontese meal.

23/05/2025: A lovely surprise! We ordered five pizzas and a farinata. They were delicious. You could taste the quality of the ingredients, and the farinata was the best and creamiest I've ever eaten. Many thanks to the very kind staff.
20/03/2025: Mega pizzas at unbeatable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a problem, though.
