Very positive experience, delicious pizzas and desserts, friendly staff ready to satisfy your requests, clean environment, fair prices. Just one flaw: why don't you offer pizzas for lunch too? ADVISED!!!

Piccolo locale appena fuori dal centro di Torino. Da fuori appare molto semplice ma è stata un'ottima esperienza per la qualità della pizza e la gestione dei proprietari. Gentilissimi e ci hanno offerto un ottimo antipasto e un buonissimo digestivo. Assolutamente da provare.

Il locale non sembra niente di particolare ma la pizza alla romana è ottima. Provare la bis 1. I titolari sono una istituzione nel quartiere ma non se la tirano ed hanno una ampia clientela malgrado le dimensioni del locale.

Excellent bar/pizzeria, family run and welcoming atmosphere too. Good flour and delicious pizzas. Also recommended for breakfast. Very close to the center, you can reach it on foot. Nice outdoor area, simpler inside but good for an informal dinner. Goodness and Sympathy. Advised!

01/10/2024: We met for a Slowfood dinner after Terra Madre. I can say that of all the places I've been to, it's one of my favorites. The choice was à la carte We had started with a series of cured meat dishes... which I can tell you were PHENOMENAL! Bra type sausage Raw ham (spectacular) Salami Lard served on a pan pizza (the perfect combination, among other things the dough was perfect) At my table we ate tagliatelle with house ragù based on guinea fowl and (duck? I don't remember) really good (as a pasta maker I recommend you try their pasta). Donkey agnolotti served with butter, not of their own production but also very very good (in particular the butter they use is spectacular) Pasta and beans. Followed by donkey meatballs with tomato sauce (I have some doubts about these, but still good quality, tomato wasn't one of my favourites...but it's a matter of taste) Donkey stew, very very good And a small taste of tripe for me who had asked him to taste it... also of high quality... Sweet... tiramisu...! An extra sweet on paper wouldn't hurt ❤️ All in all we ate well, the environment is very nice, the staff super helpful..! Thanks for the lovely evening☺️
