Always pleasant to dine at Colletta with the hospitality of Maurizio and the delicious cuisine of the Perotti brothers, capable and willing young people. Quality raw materials, innovative choice on the protected ones, attention to all palates, including vegetarians and vegans. Thanks for everything and keep it up.

On a weekend away from the city, we decided to make a reservation at this restaurant near our snow resort. Booking online was already very easy. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed the kindness of the maître who welcomed us and the rest of the service. Whoever welcomes you and serves you with a smile... has already done half the work. We ordered two tasting menus with drinks excluded for €42: we were served delicious dishes, reinterpretations of the Piedmontese tradition and with presentations worthy of praise. There was also a great offer of wines with many proposals. Really happy with this choice!
