Last year we ended up here ‘by chance’ while traveling. The excellent restaurant alone was reason enough for us to come back and dine extensively. We were certainly not disappointed. Beautiful dishes at a reasonable (menu) price. The rooms are functional, clean and complete. A real recommendation for an overnight stay while traveling for lovers of a culinary experience.

A happiness for the palate! This was a friend’s recommendation and we’re happy we took it. The food was delicious to say the least, impressed by the creativity of the chefs (pomegranate sorbet should become an official dessert). It was impressive to see they also offer special sparkling tea in champagne bottles, such a cutting edge option for a traditional looking place (we loved it)! The service was nice and professional and we appreciated chef Piergiorgio Pellerei visiting our table at the end of the evening. We’d definitely recommend for special occasions as well as casual ones.

Without a doubt the best restaurant in the Aosta Valley, innovative and refined dishes that maintain a strong connection with local products. The most beautiful discovery of this quarter: If you pass through St Bernard, you absolutely must stop at Locanda La Clusaz! We stopped on the road to Italy around noon. The place was renovated 4 years ago. Stone vaults, white tablecloths and fireplace: the welcome is very professional and friendly. A beautiful, traditional and inventive menu. And a choice of superb wines: choose the great Aosta Valley wines, we were recommended for a “little red” from a young producer: fabulous! We ate like kings, it was original, fine and delicious!

Beautiful and characteristic place... with exceptional staff, very attentive and warm (mainly the gentleman at the entrance and the Chef).
