Excellent restaurant with refined cuisine. The staff is very friendly and professional. The dining room is beautiful, and the wine list is extensive.

Exceptional Italian cuisine Lunch during a visit to the Aosta Valley. This restaurant deserves an 'Outstanding' rating. Professional and pleasant service. The setting is cozy. You have several set menus to choose from: 'Traditional', 'Seasonal', 'Fois Gras', or à la carte dishes. We opted for the 'Seasonal' menu with two appetizers. Amuse-bouche: salmon with raspberry sauce, followed by a warm cherry tomato soup with buffalo mozzarella emulsion, and a steak tartare. First course: ricotta tortelli with warm white tomato soup. Second main course: trout fillet. Outside of the set menus, we enjoyed a tasting of local cheeses. Desserts: homemade lemon and raspberry sorbets. We received excellent wine recommendations, including a 50cl bottle of 2015 Torrette Superiore. The price for such a feast was only €148. The cooking was perfect, the seasoning precise, and the flavors exquisite. The service was provided by two young men who must have just graduated from or are currently training at a hotel management school (very professional, discreet, and always anticipating the need to replenish bread, water, and wine). Water and bread were served in unlimited quantities and included in the set menu. This is an excellent restaurant that is absolutely worth a visit. For those interested, the establishment offers a few rooms for those who wish to enjoy the wines without having to worry about driving afterward. A few photos will hopefully whet your appetite (the main dining room has been tastefully renovated).

This is our second time eating at this restaurant, and we're still just as delighted. The food, excellent, meticulously prepared, and detailed, reflects the two chefs' experience in Michelin-starred kitchens. The dishes were made with local produce, bringing the terroir and the mountains to the plate. It's a must-see stop at the exit of the Grand-St. Bernard tunnel, and to top it all off, it's included in the Valais gourmet passport.

We ate at this wonderful restaurant to celebrate our 4th anniversary. Everything was truly fantastic. It far exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Dont often review, only if something comes up outstanding! Room cheaper than others in area but immaculate and spacious. The real fun comes with the food! Ive done a lot of travelling and restaurants, though not an expert but know ( at least i think 😀 i know! quality. I pinched myself from laughing at the level of taste, Michelin level, local produce, precise cooking, master level recipes, Partridge 3 ways smoked in local herbs, cheese selection 2 year aged Fontina and 5 year aged Parmegiano for example.

The restaurant offers a very good (venison) tasting menu, and the rooms at the back are quiet... otherwise, it's on the road to the Great St. Bernard Pass, so there's naturally some street noise. The staff is very friendly, and NOTE... breakfast... is fantastic. It feels like it's been ages since I've had such incredibly good croissants... like I used to.

A good inn halfway between Aosta and the Gran San Bernardo Pass, located directly on the state road of the same name. It has convenient adjacent parking. The rooms are basic, Alpine-style, but tidy and clean. The en-suite bathroom is well-appointed and efficient. A convenient rear exit with a digital passkey allows for independent access in the evenings and at night. The reception is friendly and courteous. There is a modern hot drinks vending machine on the floor (for a fee). Breakfast is available for €15, but we didn't partake because we're used to coffee and a croissant, which seemed excessive. The restaurant is excellent, open to non-residents, but it also seemed very expensive. I can't comment on the quality because we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and double pillows. The carpeted floors are a bit dated, but in keeping with the old local customs. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a night in this splendid historic inn on the road to Etroubles. We chose it for its proximity to the start of the Mont Fallère tour and for the reasonable room rate offered by Booking.com. Food prices are high. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The rooms are nice (the only thing is that the soundproofing leaves much to be desired), very comfortable pillows, I even wanted to buy some myself. A common terrace with a view of the mountains, where you can drink coffee in the morning. Parking spaces are available.

Excellent restaurant! We opted for the chef's tasting menu, and it was a pleasant surprise. Great attention to gluten-free options. Impeccable service.
