Chef Sara revives traditional Beneventan dishes, revisited in a modern key; in fact, only here is it possible to find new versions of the classic stuffed pepper and the pan!! The croquettes made rigorously by the chef (not frozen) are also fantastic, without considering the seasonal choice of focaccias. The focaccias you will find here are the true protagonists of the house; produced from the ancient family recipe in the family oven!! Divine!! If all this isn't enough for you, consider that the very friendly and knowledgeable Jessica, with her expertise, will recommend the right wine to pair with each dish!!
