We visited this trattoria on the recommendation of a dear local friend. The place is very welcoming, the service attentive and courteous, and Andrea, who manages the tables with care, expertise, and attention, knows how to recommend the best options. We ordered: eggplant parmigiana (fried): excellent. Frisa non-Frisa with frigitelli peppers and garden tomatoes: excellent. Pizza: dough kneaded for over 72 hours, a light but very tasty pizza. Pieces of horse meat in tomato sauce: true to Salento tradition. In short: we were warmly welcomed, we ate very well, and we're happy to have discovered a new trattoria that we recommend and will definitely return to, even out of season.
