Fast service, swinging table, smelly glasses, good food but high quality/price ratio (4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of salami, frigitielli, 2 buffalo mozzarella for 18 euros). There were no more than a few choices on the menu. Accepted the frigitielli recommendation, they turned out to be bad tasting: pointed out but no response.

Pizze deliziose realizzate con materie prime fresche e di qualità. Abbiamo seguito i consigli che lo staff ci ha dato con la pizza speciale del mese e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Impasti differenti a disposizione: provati e approvato. Una cena perfetta per un weekend di evasione dalla routine.

Too expensive, a non-genuine margherita costs 8 euros, the chips cost almost as much as a pizza and are of mediocre quality (they seem like frozen foods from Eurospin), modest environment and quite slow service and problems managing reservations. A place tailored for tourists who are just passing through and don't have time, but honestly there are better places to eat in the area.

Che dire...una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai assaggiato. Impasti ricercati, come ai cereali o alla curcuma, che esaltano gli ingredienti. Tante combinazioni possibili, davvero per tutti i gusti. Tutti soddisfatti, anche i più esigenti dei miei amici. Da provare assolutamente!

25/05/2025: La bettola is one of those places dear to me. Located in the center of Specchia, a magical place, it is a certainty. The host is an exquisite person, and every time we dine there, he never misses a beat. Extraordinary meats, a point of reference for the area and beyond. In my opinion, I would easily put it on the podium of the taverns/restaurants in Italy that have meat as their strong point. Top. Absolutely worth the trip. Like very popular places, the experience is undoubtedly better on days when there is no overcrowding. But it still remains a certainty, solid as a rock.
