I am back to review this excellent pizzeria after five years and I confirm the minimum pass mark.
It is the service that does not progress.
A booked table to which two chairs are added in front of us to "stay closer" (there were 10 of us) obviously not set.
An oversight that is understandable... A place setting is missing that we take from the one next door that will also remain vacant.
We order beers but, one does not arrive and so we have to call the waiter.
Guys, these are small nuances that can be overcome! but, when you bring guests with whom you want to make a good impression (the pizzas are excellent) the whole thing falls a bit short.

I was at this place the other night with a couple of friends. The food was really excellent (in addition to the pizza, I recommend trying the orecchiette with mussels and pecorino cheese). The “frisa no frisa” was also excellent, and should also be tried as an appetizer.
4 stars for the service, but only because we sat inside without a reservation and the place wasn’t very air conditioned. However, it was a really hot day. I will definitely be back. The friendliness of the owner was appreciated.

Definitely an interesting pizzeria! Aside from the staff, very kind and always available, the place is easily accessible even to the disabled, with free parking adjacent, tables also outside, but what makes it unique is the knowledge of the raw material of the owner and pizza chef: Alessandro Panico. He will explain all the yeasts he uses and cultivates for the various doughs: hemp, hay, wholemeal, ancient grain, burnt grain, etc. etc. etc. But he is no less on the toppings: I had the honor of testing the novelty of the season: made on a hay flour basis, with an excellent spicy but extremely aromatic salami, burrata sauce and vodka flambé just served at the table. The one with vegetables on turmeric dough is also excellent. Prices are more than fair, really! And it also has a good cellar! We spent a little only because we chose an excellent wine, with a more than justified cost! Reservations recommended, it is always highly sought after by customers!

We were greeted by friendly, kind and helpful staff. We ate a really delicious pizza, probably the best in Tricase. If you are in town, do not miss the opportunity to stop by and enjoy an exceptional pizza!

The best and lightest pizza I have ever eaten (I chose the Hemp dough). Very welcoming place and really kind and professional staff.

Che dire...una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai assaggiato. Impasti ricercati, come ai cereali o alla curcuma, che esaltano gli ingredienti. Tante combinazioni possibili, davvero per tutti i gusti. Tutti soddisfatti, anche i più esigenti dei miei amici. Da provare assolutamente!
