La Cipolla Caramellata In Rivalta di torino

Had dinner with family a few days ago... in my house, some people like it cooked, some want it raw, but here everyone is satisfied! Quality food, as are the wines. I was hesitant about the tasting menu too, but ultimately, it takes the guesswork out of choosing and allows you to try dishes you wouldn't have tried otherwise... friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere... recommended.

Dinner with friends, the owner Carlo having been informed of my allergies, organized everything, compliments and thanks, fish evening and everything excellent and special and then the explanation of each course, the first time I go to a restaurant where I eat from the appetizer to the dessert without taking pills and stay calm without the fear of getting sick, highly recommended compliments Carlo bye from Luisa, Paolo, Daniele and Fabri thanks 😍

Ristorante nel cuore di Rivalta molto carino e tranquillo... scoperto x caso su internet e colpita dal nenu' degustazione... che devo dire e' stato molto gradito da tutti... prodotti di ottima qualita' molto buoni i formaggi e i salumi del tagliere accompagnati da una buonissima gelatina al vino prodotta dal proprietario e il tutto spiegato nei dettagli.. secondo assaggio di antipasti buonissimi e particolari crostone con cipolla caramellata che adoro tantissimo... poi 2 primi e 2 secondi a scelta di cui ravioli verdi ripieni con salsa allo zafferano e tagliata di angus molto tenera.. il tutto accompagnato da 3 degustazioni di vini ottimi... x finire dolce alla viola con cioccolato delicato... e digestivo. Proprietario molto cordiale... tornero' magari x provare il menu' di pesce...

At the beginning I was a little hesitant because of the fixed tasting menu... but I have to say that it was amazing with perfectly matched tastes. Accompanied by excellent and well-proportioned wines. Each combination well balanced and structured.

Excellent, quiet restaurant with excellent food and excellent value. I'll definitely be back to try their Friday fish night.
