La Cina Chung Fua In Bologna

I highly recommend it, the food is good, the price is reasonable, and the service is attentive. I will definitely come back next time.

We went there on a whim. We ordered a soup that was advertised as spicy, but it was overly spicy and hot when we ate it. Upon request, they diluted it for us. The huang tian soup tasted okay, but the dumplings were overcooked. We also ordered beef (it was beef tongue) and vegetables. The waitress seemed cold and stressed; she didn't seem hospitable. Afterward, the food sat heavily in our stomachs. If you like it, then La Cina might be a good idea; if you want to celebrate a meal, you'll certainly find alternatives.

The chef's skills are good, but the duck and beef in the Maoxuewang have an odor and are not fresh. The other dishes are okay and the prices are reasonable. The quality of some dishes needs to be improved.

This "Kuanzhai Alley Bologna Store" serves Maoxuewang, a dish of red waves. The duck blood is so tender and smooth that it seems to melt on the tip of the tongue. The tripe is crispy and the throat is tasty. The broth is spicy but not dry. Even the bean sprouts are filled with spicy and sour flavor. The pink oil with sour aroma rushes straight into the nose. The sweet potato vermicelli is soaked in the boiling bone broth and is translucent. You can feel the perfect chewiness when you pick it up with chopsticks, not too soft or too hard.

A discreetly located Chinese restaurant off the main street, it doesn't look like much at first glance, but it serves good traditional dishes. We ate for two and paid 50 euros in total for four dishes and rice, which places this restaurant in the middle of the range for Asian cuisine in Bologna. The dishes are quite generous and good, especially the more typically Chinese dishes (spicy beef, garlic eggplant, which were truly excellent). On the other hand, the Kung Pao chicken left a lot to be desired (no spice, basic taste, peanuts not sautéed). Since this dish is more Chinese-American, I would recommend avoiding similar options. We were the only customers in the restaurant around 9:00 PM, and our food arrived quickly (20 minutes). The service is as expected at this restaurant: basic and with little interaction ;) Overall, it's a good Chinese restaurant in Bologna; you can go there without worry and eat heartily!

This authentic Chinese restaurant has a bright and clean environment. This time, the two of us ordered pickled fish and water spinach. It's quite popular here for delicious Chinese food. It's delicious and I recommend it to anyone looking for a Chinese restaurant nearby.

I eat here often! But this time I felt incredibly spicy, and I couldn't shake it off the whole evening. I don't know how the chef did it here. It scares me to think about it. It's even spicier than Mexico. Share it with others; please warn the service staff in advance not to eat spicy food!
