La Cina Chung Fua In Bologna

Best Sichuan food I ate in Bologna with superb customer service. Way better, more authentic and more delicious than the other Sichuan restaurant with the highest number of reviews in Google. Their Vietnamese spring rolls are also authentic and affordable with minced meat and various herbs and not just stuffed with vegetables like other restaurants do. They gave free biscuits too! I will come and eat here for sure if I ever visit Bologna again next time.

Today in this place I relived memories and emotions of the distant August 1992 when we were celebrating in style. Despite some changes that have occurred, I really appreciated the food, the flavours, the novelty, the cleanliness and the kindness of the ladies at the service. Everything excellent. We will return Thank you.

Perfect value for money, for less than €15 you can eat like crazy and deliciously

I only ate greasy food. It’s been a while since I had something spicy The soup goes in. It was so good. It was a very nice meal.

We ate well, but the portions are really small and the prices are high.

We tried soup with crabs and asparagus. Crabs in fact were crab sticks, and soup was absolutely tasteless water with an egg instead of it and a few small pieces of asparagus. Not sure this should be of this taste, but I don’t like it.

Communication was quite difficult—we tried to book a table in person, but the lady didn’t speak Italian or English, which made things confusing. The food wasn’t great, quite bland and forgettable. Nothing really stood out. Prices were fair, but overall the experience was disappointing. Wouldn’t go back.

The atmosphere may not be inviting, but the food is tasty. The restaurant is located practically in the very center of Bologna. Affordable prices. I recommend.

Non fidatevi delle recensioni negative! Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante cinese e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti. Nel menù un bel mix tra piatti più "occidentali" e piatti tradizionali per lo più sconosciuti se si è abituati ai classici ristoranti cinesi. Noi abbiamo provato una bella selezione di pietanze, tutte abbondanti e preparate al momento con ingredienti freschi. Gli involtini primavera vietnamiti e i bao erano fatti a mano e molto gustosi. Abbiamo poi preso spaghetti in brodo piccante con ragù cinese e manzo bollito alla Sichuan, tutto abbastanza piccante ma davvero ottimo. Servizio gentile e attento, la cameriera su sua iniziativa si è addirittura offerta di scaldarci gli involtini che mentre stavamo gustando le altre pietanze si erano raffreddati. Conto un po' più alto rispetto ad altri ristoranti cinesi ma giustificato da quantità e qualità dei piatti.
