Attentive and warm staff, the location makes you want to come and eat and the food is excellent!! Very good Piedmontese mixed starter and homemade agnolotti with excellent filling, very good bagna cauda and a wide choice of cold cuts which we tasted (offered by them) crostini with lard and chestnut honey which made us want to come back to try other cured meats

Surprising in everything... from the characteristic location, to all the dishes of the highest quality, to the vast choice of wines. Specializing in the highest quality and best prepared meat. Excellent platters and bulk wines. Must try and come back!!!

My children and I were welcomed by the managers with courtesy and professionalism, but above all the amazing mixed grill!!
Not to mention the desserts and wines...
A surprise in an area that is a little lacking in such real and authentic places!

Locale piccolo ma molto carino. Banco di macelleria dove sono esposte le carne e i salumi. Materie prime di alto livello. Valida carta dei vini con buoni vini anche della casa.
Pasta ripiena fatta in casa molto buono. Condimenti semplici che esaltano il gusto della materia prima. Consiglio di assaggiare i diversi tipi di affettati proposti e la carne cruda. Ovviamente come secondo la griglia che più preferite. Io ho provato filetto al mirto molto buono. Per finire dolci fatti in casa. Tiramisù molto buono.

I am speechless! All perfect. The place is splendid, a small butcher-deli with a few tables, very well furnished (you get lost looking at what is attached to the walls), the staff is incredibly kind and competent. The incredible food, I ate the best steak of my life (a veal Florentine with an intense flavor and full of aftertastes), it beats the one I ate a few weeks ago in New York in a very famous steak house (paying something like 4 times what I spent here ), the cooking was by the book (I asked for medium cooking and, when cut, the three colors of the meat were clearly visible, chapeau!). The charcuterie board was touching because of how delicious it was (I have never eaten such a good salami). The sweet? I had a cup of zabaglione and I was automatically catapulted into my childhood when my grandmother prepared it for me, hot, together with a mix of sugar and Marsala. We paid around 35 euros each, we sat and chatted until late at night without anyone bothering us to free up the table. The owner then showed us the cellar with a pride that exudes passion for her work. I can't wait to return and bring friends who love good food and the authentic experience of a place run with heart and passion.

A place with a particular charm, in front of the butcher's counter, almost like a well-kept and welcoming trattoria.
The excellent dishes, the above-standard quality meat, and the delicious apple and cinnamon tart served warm!
