A "good" restaurant for evenings with friends, or alone for a business trip. People come here because the food is stellar and sincere. The wild boar sauce is the best I have ever eaten. Super recommended if the goal is to make your taste buds happy

La Chiusa is a restaurant immersed in the countryside, little signposted and reachable almost exclusively via Maps. On Sundays the place is full, and without a reservation you can't eat. The tagliatelle with rabbit ragù are exceptional, as is the gnocco alla duck, both prepared with great care and completely homemade. The second courses, guinea fowl and chicken Cacciatore, are tasty but are slightly unbalanced: greasy and with an excessive hint of vinegar, which tends to cover the flavors of the meat. The portions are regular, served without frills, but the plating in such a rustic context is not relevant. Overall, the restaurant offers a genuine and traditional culinary experience. The quality of the food is excellent, with an interesting use of game. Prices are honest and appropriate to the offer. Excellent choice of cut! Too bad the waiting time and perhaps the larger hall was a little too "noisy". For the goodness of the food, it remains one of the best restaurants in the area! Spotless bathrooms!

It is difficult to find faults with this restaurant but certainly the main advantage, in addition to the excellent food, is the kindness and quality of the service, according to the style of that great gentleman, Mr. Ferruccio. He had a quality: he treated everyone with the same respect and kindness whether you paid 50 euros for lunch or asked for a pound of ham to take away. His descendants have maintained his human qualities and style.
