Visiting Pienza for the second time, we wanted to specifically return to this trattoria which offers typical Tuscan cuisine:
I have never eaten such good ribollita! The pici with wild boar ragout are also very good... the portions are generous, the prices are honest and the atmosphere is familiar and pleasant

A slightly dated place that perhaps needs an overhaul.
At the gates of the town, convenient for those who want to go for a walk before or after a meal.
Excellent cuisine, with exceptional raw materials.

On a beautiful and well-kept terrace, we were delighted and I would say almost moved by all the dishes we tasted: ribollita, pici with white Chianina ragù, tagliatelle with lard, cheese fondue with truffle. One better than the other, a real surprise! A round of applause to Mrs Maria and her husband, very nice, we hope to return soon!

One of the best pubs in the area. The food is very good, and the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. They have a very wide selection on the menu and large portions, so after one dish and a shared appetizer you can leave full (in most restaurants in the area you can forget about it).

We went for dinner last night. Outside, a really nice place slightly outside the town walls, nevertheless suggestive.
Extremely friendly and professional staff.
Excellent dishes, excellent service, value for money. To return.

A trattoria with a very refined, welcoming and characteristic environment. Well-made and tasty traditional local dishes, a huge choice of wines and excellent desserts, at affordable prices. It is very close to a large car park, unfortunately for a fee like all those in Pienza.

We stopped on the way back from the seaside for a quick, unpretentious dinner.
The place is just outside the walls but this does not mean it loses its charm.
Nothing to say about the complete Tuscan starter with quality products, same thing for the pecorino al coccio.
As for the good but not memorable pics.
All for around 80 euros.
In short, nothing to complain about...in fact, it's more of a suggestion,
"We need more heat."

Stopped here as it was conveniently located right next to one of the main car parks and it was getting close to 2-00pm.
Good vibe with wood fire providing warmth and lots of little knick knacks around the walls including miniature cars.
Menu offered a range of typical Tuscan dishes - nothing too exciting.
We settled on the Pici pasta with ragu and the gnocchi with a half litre of house red wine. Bill with a bottle of mineral water and cover charge came to EUR50.00 which we thought was quite reasonable.
There was a tour group in the restaurant but spread as couples over a number of tables. The owner (?) was the only person on deck so service was a little slow but OK.

Locale molto carino, il cibo è davvero ottimo e buonissimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il titolare, poco sorridente, ma … non è proprio un gran problema. Lo consiglio sicuramente e spero di tornarci presto!
