My partner and I went to the piadineria La Caveja during the week. I must say I was truly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch break, and the owner, Dario, is very friendly and cheerful.
Their strong point, besides the prompt service, is their different doughs, fragrant, crispy, and very light. We had the squaquerone and prosciutto with kamut dough and the salmon and avocado with wholemeal dough.
They have a wide selection, also recommended for vegetarians. I highly recommend this piadineria to anyone looking for a tasty and authentic break.
