Hotel Suisse Restaurant

23/05/2025: I made a reservation for my wife's birthday and got stunning lake view at the top floor. We enjoyed the pasta alla ruota show and the food was delicious. When we asked about wines, the waiter recommended what goes with each dish and was very honest about the prices. The restaurant let us stay until closing hours with no issue. I would have given the restaurant 5 stars, but one incident was unpleasant for me. When we asked for the bill I prepared 10 euros tip in cash ahead after reading the reviews, but I wanted to pay the bill in credit card first. Then the waiter said: "You know, service is not included". For me, waiter that demand tips is offensive. Writing it on the bill is more respectful.

01/06/2025: Very delicious ice cream. 9/10. I highly recommend the pistachio and wild berry flavors! €4 for two flavors.
25/05/2025: This gelato spot looks appealing and has a wide variety of flavors, but overall the ice cream was quite average. The taste was weak and felt somewhat watered down — not much real flavor coming through. It seems like a place that caters mostly to tourists. Still, it’s conveniently located near the lake, so if you’re passing by and don’t expect too much, it’s okay for a quick stop. There was a long line, which might suggest popularity, but the quality didn’t quite match the hype.
