Piadinas are made to order; there's nothing pre-cooked. This is easily understood because they're not ready-made. The ingredients used are incredibly fresh. The prices are fair, and the staff are very friendly. The place is well air-conditioned, and there's even outdoor seating.

08/09/2025: We dined at this trattoria five nights in a row, having rented a house just a few meters away. We tried everything, from starters to main courses, desserts, side dishes, pizza, and pastries, and everything was delicious. Furthermore, the service was cheerful and friendly, as if we were family. We highly recommend it, and especially before entering Lusiana, a stop is a must, even if you're just passing through; it's truly worth it! Thank you so much for your hospitality, see you soon!
