Welcoming. Very kind staff. The meatballs in tomato sauce were delicious, so you could ask for seconds and mop up the sauce. And the price? I wanted to leave the change because he practically didn't want anything.

Apparently we were lucky :) Food was very good. We ate meatballs in a sauce, aubergine lasagna, fish with slightly spicy salsa, which was awesome. And everything was heated with microwave oven grill function.

A nice concept combining street food and pizza in the center of Alghero. You can find something to eat at different times of the day, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the price feels a bit high compared to the overall quality. Improving that balance would make the experience much better.

The Restaurant La Pelosetta

15/06/2026: We walked into the restaurant straight from the beach at lunchtime. We found a seat immediately. The food ranged from 20 to 30 euros. The pizza was decent, although the dough was a bit rubbery (especially the edges), and the seafood was decent, nothing special, but just right for a hungry person. The portions were generous. Initially, the older waitress didn't speak English and had to ask a colleague to translate. The portions were substantial, the flavor was good, and the prices could be slightly lower. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit in the neighborhood, even just for the coffee, which is good.
11/06/2026: I can't understand the bad reviews. The food arrived within 20 minutes and the place was packed.

Il Piccolo Lido Pizzeria

05/08/2026: Great pizza quality, with a variety of flavor options on the same pizza. Service was a bit slow when it came to drinks. But overall, highly recommended. A complimentary shot of mirto (a drink somewhere between pacharán and resoli, made with berries) was very good and digestive.
26/07/2026: We were 4 people on a Sunday evening in il piccolo Lido pizza. The concept is quite interesting. You order 1 meter Pizza and can select 3 different tastes. We ordered Marese, Anchovi and Diavolo. In total the pizza looked great but was not the best pizza unfortunately. For me it was too oily and could have been for some minutes longer in the oven. The meter was completely enough for us. All in all, interesting experience but definily the pizza quality could improve.
