Amazing! This evening I had the best fish-based first course ever, a bean and fish soup with a dreamy crunchy crumble, not to mention the fried shrimp and calamari, and finally the cooked peaches in must. One of the best fish restaurants (but I also do meat) I've had the pleasure of eating at. I recommend it; it's hard to describe. The staff is absolutely friendly and professional.

We've been coming to La Castellana for 28 years, and every time it feels like coming home. The welcome is always warm and sincere, and the quality of the dishes is a constant guarantee. A unique place, where friendship and professionalism meet. Thank you so much to all of you... see you next year! ❤️

I've celebrated all the major holidays at this restaurant, and we also go midweek when we can. The quality is unquestionable, unbeatable, especially the fish, from raw fish to main courses, is exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant; the talented owners know their stuff, having spent a lifetime in this field. Congratulations to all of you. I'll add photos of their dishes to the review.

Truly an excellent hotel, with new, clean rooms and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cuisine is superb, both the meat and seafood menu. We stayed there with a hiking group and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service, always kind and helpful.

Upscale cuisine!!! Totally thrilled. Not overpriced! Beautiful location.

Neither good nor bad. Dinner only. We usually ask for recommendations because we're not local, so we do. The waiter tells us he "imposes his own twist" on the fish specials of the day. We decide on three appetizers, three first courses, two bottles of water, and a bottle of house white wine. Everything is good. The bill comes to €135 for the daily specials, and based on their recommendations, we honestly expected less, especially since the sea isn't around the corner. Will we go back? Maybe. I repeat, the food is good, but next time we'll ask for the menu.

Ho mangiato in vari occasioni da loro a pranzo e ora a cena. Il mio voto eccellente lo do per due motivi : simpatia e cordialità di tutto lo staff, dal titolare ai inservienti e per le pietanze sublime a dire poco. Quando avrò occasione di tornare a Chieti, mi assicuro o a pranzo o cena di tornarci a mangiare da loro. Grazie a tutti voi, per la ospitalità, simpatia e un buon pasto!!!

Hotel Ristorante "La Castellana" si trova in Via Piana La Fara n.18 ad Atessa (CH). Parcheggio auto gratuito all'interno dell'attività. È preferibile prenotare via telefono (soprattutto durante il fine settimana). L'estetica dell'attività è bellissima; interni puliti ed ordinati. Personale disponibile per ogni esigenza, spiegazioni su richiesta. Ordinazione veloce con servizio al tavolo. I tempi di attesa variano in base alla capienza, anche durante le ore di punta non sono eccessivi. Menù a base di pesce e/o carne con: antipasti caldi e freddi, primi, secondi con contorni e dolci. Presente una carta dei vini (etichette locali disponibili), bollicine e champagne inclusi. Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Le materie prime sono eccellenti! La Castellana è uno dei ristoranti migliori della zona per il gusto e la qualità dei prodotti offerti. Se volete pranzare/cenare in un locale caloroso ed accogliente, senza rimanere delusi dalla qualità dei piatti serviti, non vi resta che prenotare in questo istante! P.S Antipasto di pesce freddo eccellente! Da non perdere! Primi piatti buoni. Torneremo per completare il menù.
