True and authentic Milanese cuisine. Difficult to find elsewhere. Comfy dish (Cassoeula with polenta) with a history.

An experience to try again!!! Here you can taste and enjoy the typical traditional Milanese cassoeula with polenta and verzini... a fabulous flavor, we were really satisfied, we'll be back or maybe even take out if we can. Unfortunately, the place is a bit small, but the service and quality of the food are worth it! The staff are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

I personally find managing a reservation with a credit card guarantee too much. Receiving five emails for a reservation makes everything very cumbersome for a place without table service. But once you've gotten past this uninviting step, you're completely rewarded by the quality of the food, perhaps the best casseoula we've ever had. And I believe this is their strong point: the quality of the product. I don't think the other emails requesting reviews are appropriate; a positive review would have come spontaneously anyway. So, in my opinion, fewer frills, because your product promotes itself without this bombardment of emails.

This looks like a tiny little place, not much to look at tbh, but wow - the food was absolutely delicious! Possibly the best meal I've had this holiday (and believe me, they're have been a lot if meals over 12 days 🤤😆). I had the risotto and wasn't really expecting much tbh, as it wasn't a seafood or other, so I thought it might be a bit bland and boring, but it was just delicious - so flavourful, just the right portion size that every mouthful was still delish (you know sometimes your palate feels tired after a few mouthfuls and you just carry on for the sake of - I don't think that would've happened here - it was consistently tasty each spoon full - dangerous 😆). My partner had the Cassoeula with the little sausages and that was delish too and he really enjoyed it. A brilliant little find - wonderful food at a fair price. Absolutely go there if you can! I think I'd come back just for a plate of that risotto 🤔 ...flights are pretty cheap actually! 🤔😆

The layout is very nice, and the pizzoccheri are delicious! I tried a Sacher torte, which I wasn't crazy about. If the pizzoccheri were a little cheaper (or the portions were larger), I'd definitely go back more often!

Good cassoeula. The cold cuts are good, excellent liver mortadella, and the cheeses are okay. Polenta is good, but the ragù could be improved.

Great experience!!! The place is very small and there's limited seating without table service, but despite that, we had a great time and, most importantly, the food was delicious. Excellent, high-quality food, and most importantly, everything is gluten-free! Reasonable prices and very friendly staff.

Quality products but they charge a premium. Small place with limited seating, just perfect for a quick lunch. If you want to book, they ask for your credit card number. (Which is a bit absurd, I'd say.)
