We went there for lunch today on the recommendation of a local friend, so it was almost a sure thing... But it exceeded our expectations! Nice, clean atmosphere, super-smiling and friendly staff, and a wonderful owner, but the highlight is the food... We had an appetizer of lard bruschetta, never tasted so good, and delicious eggplant meatballs. For first courses, we had chestnut-filled ravioli with parmesan cream, incredibly delicate and a delicacy, and the chestnut flour maltagliati with guinea fowl ragu and hazelnuts, highly recommended and delicious! We were thrilled with the desserts: the ricotta and chestnut tart was delicious, and the warm hazelnut cake was absolutely delicious! We left the lunch delighted! We'll be back and recommend it to everyone!

Wandering around Caprarola, we found this truly exceptional trattoria-pizzeria. Two of us went for lunch, and I must say the food was fabulous. The first courses were delicious, mouth-watering, not to mention the second courses, typical of the area. I approved and highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.

A delightful place with exquisite décor details. The fantastic lighting creates a soft and relaxing atmosphere. Fast service. Excellent food, especially the hazelnut maltagliati topped with duck ragù. Perfect for a visit to Palazzo Farnese, which is just a few meters away. I'll definitely be back!

Two days of stay, we waited for dinner. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, staff with rare attention to customers. Maltagliati with white guinea fowl ragù with chopped hazelnuts, special. Chestnut ravioli with cheese and pepper. The pinza also deserves excellence.

First time at this restaurant. I have to say we based it on the reviews and had a great time. It's a very welcoming place, almost like being in a home. The fireplace adds significantly to the homey atmosphere. We ordered just two first courses and a second course, not much, but enough to appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into making them. Pici with artichokes and bacon, pecorino cheese upon request. I obviously opted for the full version. They were truly delicious, I'll try making it at home again. The chestnut ravioli were very delicate, the fennel added a perfect touch. The pork with chestnuts was quality meat, expertly cooked. I'd dare say it was cooked at a low temperature for a long time, but I didn't ask, so I'm still hesitant. The service was by young women, and they were attentive and quick. I'm always happy to see young people being given job opportunities. We'll definitely be back to try other options. The place was packed, so reservations are recommended. The owner was always kind and welcoming, even to those who showed up without.

Strolling through beautiful Caprarola, we were drawn to this beautifully decorated restaurant with great attention to detail. We were greeted with kindness and professionalism, and the food was divine! The dishes were delicious, and the ingredients were top-notch and cooked with love. Excellent food, young and enthusiastic staff. Definitely worth a try to try other dishes. I'd also like to take this opportunity to say that Palazzo Farnese is fantastic!

Anyone looking for a culinary break, perhaps after a tour of Palazzo Farnese, will find this the perfect place. A lovely restaurant with a typical Tuscia menu, but with a focus on the raw materials, impeccable service from all four waitresses, and prices affordable for every budget. Highly recommended.

Everything was delicious, you can feel that the raw materials are of excellent quality. Reservations are recommended.
