La Casa Di Toto' In Conversano

One of the best pizzerias I've ever eaten at. The atmosphere is very welcoming (it really feels like you're in the historic center), the staff is incredibly friendly, and above all, the pizza is delicious. It's incredibly light, so much so that even those who don't like it will eat the crust. The pizzas have a wide variety of flavors, all of which are spot-on. We're now regulars, and this makes everything so much more enjoyable. When the pizza chef recommends pizzas, it's as if he can read our minds. It's become a cure-all 😂.

Four of us had dinner this evening. A truly excellent discovery. The pizza dough was truly excellent and light! Quick and friendly service. Very fair bill. 3 pizzas (including 1 Margherita) 1 cuoppo 1 portion of fries 1 bottle of water 1 can of Coke Total €51.00 I'll gladly return. Well done guys!!!

We went to this pizzeria to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. We had the fried pizza with a spicy sauce... good, then the one with capocollo... fabulous. I also wanted to try the pizza with the stuffed crust and it was delicious... And finally, the carbonara you see in the photo... super good. Everything was excellent... even the guys who served us were great. Thanks everyone, and see you next time.

An evening with family and friends. I came back for the third time and, as always, the food was excellent. White pizza with bresaola and arugula was delicious, as was everything else. I recommend everyone to go and eat pizza at Toto's.

I've been to this restaurant several times over the years and have never had any complaints about the quality of the food or the service, other than a slight delay. Last time, however, I was bitterly disappointed to learn that time doesn't always improve things; in fact, it sometimes has the opposite effect: I booked a table for three on a Saturday night at 9:00 PM, and despite being 10 minutes early, we had to wait outside for a full 40 minutes. To make matters worse, once we were seated—near the kitchen, in a chaotic room—we had to wait another 45 minutes after ordering for three pizzas (almost burnt, to boot) and two beers. My friends and I were deeply disappointed by the treatment we received. For all the time we wasted, we would have expected a discount on the cover charge or at least an apology from the staff, but that didn't happen. I suggest management reconsider how they handle reservations and seating, especially if they're unable to handle the influx of customers on weekends. This, too, is good manners. I'd love to return, but not under the current conditions.

You can eat truly excellent pizza: a remarkable selection of ingredients and quality, with a truly excellent pizza dough; attentive and friendly service; the interior is a bit cramped, but it's certainly more welcoming in the warmer months due to the use of the outdoor spaces.

I'm a regular at this place and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is excellent. The pizza dough is soft and light. The pizza is rich in toppings. The staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place :)
