We celebrated my son's first communion at Osteria Casa di Paglia. Despite the bad weather that did not allow us to fully use the outdoor space and for the whole day, it was a very pleasant day. Welcoming place. Impeccable service. Excellent food, the meat is always a delicacy.

A wonderful experience: we celebrated an anniversary in a group and we were all enthusiastic about the service and the dishes served. The place is well furnished and well-kept in order and cleanliness. An exceptional rating especially for the dishes, all really cared for in presentation as well as in quality. Deserving of the highest rating, we will definitely be back. 👍

Very nice and well-kept place, many local products and raw materials on display which will then be served, with also a large outdoor space. Welcome with some dips, we had a trio of very good local appetizers, then a sandwich which wasn't the best, the bread in particular was truly a disappointment. Excellent dessert! Total price €30, adequate.

A pleasant discovery. Place immersed in the quiet of Molise. Menu offering local dishes. The cold cuts are good. Cavatelli with sauce good, also the orecchiette with sausage and courgette flowers. The celery with saffron aubergine cream and bacon doesn't leave a mark, too bad. Good mixed roast, chicory and desserts. Courteous service. Fair prices.

Really very friendly and helpful staff. Location with attention to detail, large but welcoming. Even the plating is taken care of and the service is accurate. Excellent cured meat starter, while unfortunately I didn't like the meat very much, I think due to the cooking - overcooked meat - although the raw material was excellent, the cooking ruined the flavour. Honest prices.

Agriturismo Colle Bianco

20/06/2025: We had a wonderful meal at this authentic agriturismo. The hosts are very welcoming and offer traditional, custom-made dishes made with fresh, local produce. We'll be back.
02/06/2025: Today, June 2nd, we are leaving with a couple of friends. We stayed at Colle Bianco for 2 nights. What can I say? It was an excellent experience in all respects. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the very kind Mrs. Margherita who immediately gave us the rooms assigned to us, which are prefabricated but equipped with space and all the comforts almost more than a hotel. On the evening of arrival, we had dinner at their place and since it was Saturday, there was also fabulous pizza, special appetizers but all made with products grown by them, everything excellent and plentiful. The cherry on the cake was the fair and honest price. I recommend that if you come to Molise, a region that I didn't think was so beautiful and historic, stay at Agriturismo Colle Bianco, you will be fine.
