06/02/2026: Absolutely spectacular!!!!
As closing time approached, a dear friend of mine and I, traveling for work, decided to call, and they very kindly agreed to wait for us. Obviously, we already knew this wonderful OSTERIA—I had been there once before, and my friend a couple of times, always on business trips. So, straight away, we went to the osteria with great enthusiasm.
They have magnificent knives for the excellent meats they have; we grabbed, a bit in a hurry, a single Florentine steak made with local beef.
The price was a bit steep, especially because of the house wine; I wasn't expecting it to be so expensive, half a liter almost the price of a bottle. But overall, the kindness, hospitality, quality, politeness, service, indoor and outdoor atmosphere, even the good coffee...well, what can I say? I'll be back, we'll be back, once we're inside, we'll definitely be back.
02/02/2026: Right off the Incisa exit of the A1. A large restaurant with plenty of seating, including a terrace. The food is good and plentiful, and the service is quick and friendly. For starters, we tried homemade pappardelle with wild boar and fagottini stuffed with Cinta Senese pork. Tuscan crostini and pappa al pomodoro were the appetizers. Specializing in steaks from various sources. If you're not a fan, a medium steak is enough for three. Finish with cavolo nero, baked potatoes, and tiramisu. Extensive wine list. Everything was delicious.
