19/05/2025: We had lunch here on Easter Monday 2025, having reserved tables well in advance. The dining room was completely full, leaving many walk-ins unable to find a seat. The restaurant at the Fontana dell'Olmo clearly enjoys an excellent reputation. This excellent reputation was then confirmed by the set (surprise) menu offered to guests. Four starters on one plate, followed by a first course, a second course, and dessert, including water, house wine, and a digestif. The food was typical of the area and of the highest quality; the wine was impeccable. And all at a reasonable price. Silvia, the heart and soul of the house, even accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance. The atmosphere was informal, the service attentive, friendly, and courteous. This is what guests expect, and they are happy to return.
