I already knew La Carriola pizzeria because I used to go there when I was 20. Obviously the management has changed, but I have to really compliment the guys because the pizza is very good, with easy-to-digest and crispy dough! I came back with a group of friends on a Friday night...there were about 20 of us! We had pizza for dinner and at the end we all complimented the staff and even the pizza chef! Quick and friendly service, the owner was very friendly!! We will definitely be back, always with about 20 of us!! Well done guys!

We ate at a lovely restaurant/pizzeria, La Carriola, this evening. The staff was remarkably friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The bressaoula with arugula and Parmesan was exceptionally good in both flavor and quantity. The pizza that followed was the best we've ever been served, only a bit too big! The spaghetti vongole is truly the most outstanding we've had in years! Simply fantastic and unexpected. We have years of experience with Italian cuisine in all its forms and enjoy cooking ourselves. It couldn't be better. We'll definitely be back tomorrow!

I was a bit picky and asked for all kinds of meat products to be added to my pizza, the pizza maker did a great job, it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and patient in communication. From now on, when I go to Bologna, the only pizzeria for me is La Carriola. Respect!

The pizza was good, but the cuisine should be avoided, the Argentinean meat looked like a shoe sole, the spinach (photo) was drowning in a yellow broth and we also waited a very long time, so much so that we had to remind the waiter

12/11/2025: Top place from the staff to the food, excellent seafood appetizers, succulent first courses, fantastic fish main courses, from fried fish to baked sea bass, really good, no less delicious are the pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven as tradition dictates, and finally the homemade desserts, what can I say, finger-licking delicious, I highly recommend them.
10/11/2025: It was ok, I had the seafood appetizer, spaghetti allo scoglio and tagliatelle al ragu, it was good, but not outstanding. On the other hand, the tiramisu was the best dessert I had in Bologna. It's made by them. Score 10.
