Dentro hacia calof h llia mucho a queso.

We used this restaurant for our last dinner on our trip to Italy. Is that what the clerk said? There were times when I felt that way, but basically they were all good people. My husband and I shared the famous carbonara and the eggplant parmigiana (not pasta) recommended by the staff, and we were full. It was very delicious. It was a great way to end our trip to Italy.
All very delicious! Highly recommended.

Excellent food, slow service but given the quality of the cuisine you can ignore it. I had the bruschetta with confit cherry tomatoes, the carbonara and the "sampietrino" with cream. Everything delicious and human portions (rare for Central Rome)!

This restuarant is in my must try list for Rome. The service is excellent. Great recommendations and also great planning in how the dishes were served so that the flavour is maximised. The server for our table was extremely attentive to our pace of eating and our next courses were served at very good timing with a good momentum to the meal.
Love the deco too with very lovely art and posters. The walls are filled with doodle but we did find a spot to leave our mark on the wall. Atmosphere is great.
Carbonara here is excellent and they do live up to their name. The sauce is smooth and consistent is right that the pasta is well coated with it. One thing I love is that the server quickly understood that we are sharing the carbonara and offered to break the serving into 2 portions in 2 plates so that it is easier for us. ❤️
I enjoyed the artichoke salad a lot. The tangy pickled artichoke with cheese, rocket and dressing has a perfect balance that whets my appetite. They serve the salad together with the oxtail stew. I alternated between these two dishes as they compliment each other very well.
The oxtail stew has many layers of taste. While there is the savoury meat and bone sweetness from the oxtail where only a fork is need to get to the meat, the sweetness of the carrots and onions can be savoured together. The distinct sweetness of each ingredient of the stew blends together with good balance, making it so enjoyable and even homey.
Love the dessert recommendation made with 3 types of chocolates! The gelato in the middle is has a fragrant vanilla that goes well with the chocolate. Not too sweet as well, which is just right for me.

One of the best places I have eaten in Italy. Delicious food, friendly service and the lowest prices in the city.
The spaghetti carbonara and schnitzels were delicious.
100% recommended!
Of course, it is open for a short time each day and is always full... go early and make sure you have a spot.

This is the birthplace of carbonara.
I visited during dinner time. The carbonara was lighter than I expected. Walking distance from Termini station.
It gets crowded, so I recommend going early.
