Este restaurante es fantástico. Gran comida en un ambiente encantador con un personal fabuloso. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra comida que fue preparada con ingredientes de gran calidad. Vale la pena visitarlo.

We had this place recommended to us by our B&B hosts and were not disappointed. The first night we tried to get a table but were unsuccessful so I'd recommend booking ahead or getting there 10 minutes before they open to get in the queue. We got there 10 minutes before opening and once open immediately got a table. The carbonara is amazing and what they are known for but I had the Cacio e pepe which was equally delicious. The food came out very quickly and the portion size was good - we only had one pasta dish each and felt full just from that! Staff were all so friendly and very attentive.

We got there 30min early to avoid a long wait and it was a good decision because shortly after its opening, the people kept coming. The place was cozy but no phone service and the wifi was not the best. The food volume was just right as a female customer. I ordered the original carbonara and my husband ordered amatriciana. Overall, the food was authentic no doubt but nothing really special. The tiramisu was delicious though.

Carbonara is a very old restaurant in Rome, established in 1906. The service is very kind and gives you a homely feeling. Although the dishes are not large, they are tasty and justify the restaurant's good reputation. The salad was a bit disappointing, containing mainly rocket leaves, 2-3 cherry tomatoes, and a small amount of carrots. Highly recommended

A must when in Rome. Within walking distance of the Coliseum. Fabulous authentic pasta dishes. We tried an eggplant special which was the top dish on our trip. Owners very friendly and always share recommendations on pairing wines to dishes. One warning: leave room for dessert. Amazing.

13/03/2025: Ambiente piacevole e raffinato, servizio attento e piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Le capesante con funghi erano semplicemente deliziose, con un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. Ideale per chi cerca qualità e discrezione in un incontro professionale. Tornerò sicuramente!
13/03/2025: Sono stata da Era Gusto e Passione e ne sono rimasta entusiasta! Atmosfera curata, servizio impeccabile e piatti che conquistano al primo assaggio. Il crudo di mare era freschissimo, la pasta fatta dal giovane chef un vero comfort food e i dolci da sogno. Tutto perfetto, tornerò sicuramente!

22/05/2025: Typical Roman trattoria but not one of those that attract tourists and then give you pre-cooked food. The food here is good. There were four of us and the first courses were very very good. Fast and courteous service. Price slightly lower than the price lists in the city center. In summary: I will definitely go back.
