Attentive and friendly staff, Quick service and delicious dishes. The sliced steak was delicious, and even the gluten-free desserts were delicious. We'll definitely be back.

What can I say? Excellent staff, good timing, nice place and delicious cuisine. The prices were logically 100 per person for us but well spent. 2 Florentine tartares, 1 bottle of wine and two desserts. With the dog they were good, even the bowl of water was given to me. I would return to Tuscany just to eat there again.

La Carbonaia is simply stunning! The most beautiful restaurant. I've been here several times, and they never disappoint. From the food, to the ever-caring staff, to the atmosphere. Everything feels so high-quality, welcoming and intentional. Can't wait to come back! PS. Sorry I only took photos of my dessert - All (but especially the cheesecake;)) comes highly recommended.

Fantastic experience, highly recommended, exceptional meat, excellent quality, perfectly cooked as requested, grilled caciocavallo served with honey and chestnut jam, I would say magnificent, young, dynamic and very kind staff, more than adequate price, applause to the grill workers, heroes in these days of infernal heat

Good meat and good service, outdoor environment where dogs are allowed. Prices not exactly cheap.
