Extremely delicious. Very, very nice staff. Food great and also with children, very flexible. You can order fresh pasta with various sauces for the children and the adults can put together their delicious meal from the “small” :-) very well put together menu. Come again. Quality great!!

The food was delicious with an excellent price-to-quality ratio. They even had some nice vegan options for my girlfriend, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was warm and welcoming, even though we don’t speak much Italian. Highly recommend!

Exquisite dinner from starter to dessert. In particular, the chef makes a crazy onion soup that is absolutely unmissable and is also a great pastry chef. Have him illustrate the desserts directly. The wife manages the room very well and the evening is worth a dinner here!

Nice and original atmosphere but very, very limited servings compared to other well-known restaurants in the area. The menu is too gourmand for a country village where dishes cannot be served in small, shallow dishes at frankly high prices. The wine list is good (we are in the Bolgheri area!) however the warmth of family management is not perceived in the service. It seems that the waiter's only goal is to "empty your bottles by filling all the glasses".

Remarkable gastronomic experience. Creative dishes, quality ingredients and wine.
Suggestive location, only indoors (chairs not very comfortable, but it happens often), the conversation with the chef is an added value.

Masterfully executed dishes, welcoming and refined environment.
We took maltagliati with wild boar ragout and maltagliati with mullet ragout (really excellent).

Excellent dinner. We chose the tasting menu. Really many courses of our choice, right quantities and truly excellent value for money.
Very kind chef and also his wife who gave us interesting suggestions for choosing the wine (the next day we were in the cellar to buy it!).
I believe there is no shortage of staffing problems here too, but seeing the Chef go out to set the table together with his wife with a big smile and the desire to have a chat makes you appreciate the place and the passion they put into it even more. Well done!
If we return to Bibbona we will definitely return!

Locale molto carino con personale efficiente è disponibile.
Piatti presentati bene e con prodotti di qualità. Il risultato tuttavia ha un po’ deluse le mie attese alimentate da precedenti recensioni.
Insalata di polpo con cottura del pesce un’adeguata. Filetto di maiale grigio perfetto di cottura ma senza un sapore particolare anzi il trito di spinaci noci etc. conferiva solo una diversa consistenza risultando però totalmente insipido.
Nota completamente positiva invece il gelato mantecato al vin santo con sbriciolata di cantuccini: ottimissimo!
Prezzo €50 cadauno adeguato per le qualità ma non per il risultato.
