La Capricciosa Ristorante Pizzeria In Torino

We returned after a long time. I was very pleased. The pizza is always excellent.

Excellent service, very kind and helpful staff. The only flaw was the pasta, which was a bit tasteless, but everything else was excellent, from the platter to the fresh clam focaccia.

Dinner on July 11, 2025 Conveniently located near the metro, in the immediate vicinity of Molinette Hospital, this restaurant is quite spacious and has somewhat impersonal decor. Good acoustics, at least on the night of our reservation, which wasn't particularly crowded. The menu is extensive, including seafood, meat dishes, and pizzas. The food is overall decent: our orders included a good octopus with potatoes, a dry fried gnocco served with prosciutto and burrata, a slightly undercooked vitello tonnato, and a moist and generous grilled meat. Service was friendly but slow, especially considering the small number of customers. The price was average. Rating: 7

Cena del 11/07/2025 Posizione comoda alla metro, nelle immediate vicinanze dell’ospedale Molinette, per questo locale piuttosto ampio e dall’arredamento un po’ impersonale. Comfort acustico di buon livello, almeno nella sera della nostra prenotazione, non particolarmente affollata. Menù ampio, comprendente piatti di mare, di terra e pizze. Complessivamente discreta la cucina: le nostre ordinazioni comprendono un buon polpo con patate, uno gnocco fritto asciutto e accompagnato da prosciutto crudo e burrata, vitello tonnato un po’ poco tonnato e una grigliata di carne umida e abbondante. Servizio cordiale ma lento, soprattutto in considerazione dell’esiguo numero di avventori. Conto nella norma. Voto: 7

portion sizes where great, ordered margarita 7/10 and carbonara 8/10 both food didn't have enough flavor. they also gave us bread and breadsticks that was nice touch

I took a pizza on the fly because I'm not from the local area which is behind the Molinette. The pizza arrived a bit rubbery. I had asked for wholemeal dough and it arrived normal. Seeing the prices on the menu, a bit expensive. I recommend it if you're in a hurry and hungry to go around and see other restaurants.

We chose it by chance since we were in the area! Truly an excellent choice! Excellent service, excellent pizzas, spectacular dessert! I highly recommend it!
