Cozy and very approachable place. The service is excellent and the pizzas and supplì are very good. Punctuality with respect to orders placed is excellent. 25/01/2025: Santo Palato is a trattoria with few seats (I suggest always making a reservation!) where you can eat some traditional Roman dishes, masterfully prepared by Sarah Cicolini and her staff, and others equally well reworked. Excellent, just to mention one of the restaurant's classics, the tongue and tail terrine, presented with green sauce and home-made pickles. Good assortment of wines, all interesting and worth trying. The staff in the dining room are friendly and helpful, as well as competent.
12/01/2025: SantoPalato and the cuisine of Sarah Cicolini and her staff are a guarantee, as confirmed by multiple visits months or years apart. Informal welcome and professional service, an à la carte menu to which the dishes of the day are added. Exceptional food that makes you full and happy, and tells a story of roots, research and love for cooking and cooking. PS: embarrassing to read the negative reviews of those who are unable to follow very simple rules to make an online booking...

Paid 25 each for: First second side Roman water Really good steak cooked rare and melts in your mouth. Even wild chicory can be seen and tasted as having been extracted by hand. Regarding the service, the waiters did not convey enthusiasm to us.
