Horribly thick dough. This has nothing to do with Italian pizza. Back out and say hello to the smoking staff outside. I had hoped for more when I applied.

An extraordinary pizza!! Quality ingredients and a light and thick dough that makes all the difference. I got into a fight with my children because I wanted to keep the whole pizza for myself! Thank you!! 🫶

Really very good and digestible pizza, quality ingredients. The only negative note is the price in my opinion a bit high (€ 16.50/kg).
