Simply impeccable experience! We were here today for lunch. This seafood restaurant is a true gem for those who love quality and authentic seafood flavors. The fish is incredibly fresh, evident from the first bite: delicate and well-balanced raw fish, flavorful yet elegant first courses, and perfectly cooked second courses, without overpowering the ingredients. Each course is meticulously crafted, both in the presentation and the pairings. You can sense the passion, research, and attention to detail in the choice of ingredients. The service was attentive, professional, and never intrusive—they make you feel pampered from start to finish. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, perfect for both a romantic lunch/dinner and a special evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the high quality of the food. I will definitely be back... one of those places where, when you leave, you say, "Finally, a seafood restaurant done properly!" 🌊🐟✨

We visited this place last night, and as raw seafood lovers, I can say we've rarely found such quality and freshness. It's not just food, it's a journey into the sea. Impeccable service and a top-notch wine list. If you want to indulge and enjoy the true flavor of the sea, this is the place. We'll definitely be back; in fact, we can't wait!

The quality of the ingredients is evident: ultra-fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes, and authentic flavors that showcase each ingredient. The chef is doing an extraordinary job. He offers refined yet balanced dishes, combining creativity and tradition without ever overdoing it. Passion and great expertise are evident in every course. Special praise also goes to the wait staff, always attentive, friendly, and professional. They make you feel welcomed and discreetly looked after throughout the dinner. A place to return to and one I recommend to anyone who truly loves good seafood.

We chose the gourmet menu for lunch. It was special. We're sorry about the service, which wasn't up to par. Everyone was wonderful. But you can't cater to more than 20 guests between three of us. We served our own wine and had to ask for bread for the second course. The portions were beyond questionable. I advise the managers, with whom I would have liked to have a chat at the end of the experience, to try this menu at their competitors to see how we, as customers, compare them. P.S. Be careful of the cooking smells in the dining room.

We were looking for an intimate place for a couples dinner, and we made the right choice. The venue is elegant yet warm, with soft lighting and pleasant background music. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. Balanced flavors and excellent ingredients. Excellent value. Perfect for a special dinner.

My experience was very positive, service, dinner... I chose the menu of various courses, each single type of course had a flavor, a taste that I savored because each had its own... poetry for my palate... Truly excellent, I will definitely be back.... I went to Chef Roberto's La Caprese restaurant in Mozzo and it was a wonderful experience. The food is truly high-quality, with careful attention to flavor and presentation. The menu also features some interesting treats, like the oyster served as a pre-dessert, an original and much-appreciated surprise. The staff is delightful, attentive, and immediately makes you feel at ease. The wine selection is also excellent: they know how to expertly recommend dishes based on your tastes and preferences. The venue is beautiful and elegant, perfect for both a special evening and a unique dinner. I'll definitely be back!

For me, one of the best seafood restaurants in Italy. I travel a lot for work and rarely find this quality of ingredients and preparation. The staff is always friendly and ready to joke! I eat and drink well—the wine list is excellent—and I relax.

My partner and I went for lunch with the 2026 Gurmantico formula (it's not the first starred restaurant we've used with this formula), and our expectations were unfortunately not met. We started with an appetizer of bread, butter, and Cantabrian anchovies, €25.00 (6 anchovies) (off-menu), completely ruined by the burnt bread, which covered every other flavor of the dish. For the first course (main course), we had spaghetti with clams and bottarga, but in reality, the dish was just spaghetti: clams and bottarga were absent, and the flavor was rather bland, far from what one would expect. The portions were very small, almost minimal. We were also not convinced by the ambiance: tables without tablecloths and poor service. The waiter changed after each course, and no one ever attended to us from start to finish; some of the staff also seemed busy trying to operate a fireplace that they couldn't light, creating a bit of a mess. On a positive note, the traditional dessert, the torta caprese, was actually delicious. However, an extra scoop of gelato at €5 seemed excessive. I've attached the only photo of the dessert. Overall, a disappointing experience compared to the prices and expectations.
