We ordered three dishes, and two of them were quite different from what we expected. The portions were also small. However, at least the basic service was still there.

The food was delicious and great value for money; it was the best Chinese food we had in Rome! I recommend the stir-fried beef with scallions, the stir-fried vegetables, and the Dongpo pork, which was also good. The owner was very friendly. I would definitely choose Kyoto Restaurant again next time.
