Excellent traditional local cuisine. The menu offers seafood, meat, and pizza. We opted for seafood, and although the place may seem more like a mountain trattoria, we dined on delicious fish dishes. Being true Sicilians, we noticed the difference between one sea bream and another, but despite everything, it was truly delicious. The dining room has a homey feel, and the staff is truly friendly. The delicious myrtle liqueur was the icing on the cake that completed the meal. Thank you!!

We found La Capinera by chance, and despite arriving 45 minutes before closing, the staff was very friendly. Quick service and simple, well-prepared dishes.
I consider it an excellent stop for those passing through San Vito.

We were initially in the mood for pizza, but after reading the menu, we changed our minds to seafood antipasti and spaghetti with mussels and scampi… a truly delicious treat for a very reasonable price 👍. And then the service was great, friendly, and fast! We were delighted 👍😊

Friendly and helpful staff offering simple, courteous service. A welcoming place that makes you feel at home. We had a seafood platter with mixed antipasti and a mixed roast main course. The appetizers were simple but authentic, without the added "boost" of pickles or other such trivialities. The roast fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The portions were adequate, perhaps too large. However, the price seemed excessive, especially considering the variety of appetizers and roast fish.
