La Capannina In Torino

Always good, always good. Now expanded with a location on the corner of Corso Vittorio. Saturday night, the wait was a bit long, but the atmosphere was so pleasant that it almost went unnoticed.

We visited this restaurant/pizzeria in Turin. The atmosphere is nice and refined, but it's best to make a reservation because it's often packed. The pizzas are good: Neapolitan-style dough, soft and light, not heavy. The only downside? The price: a bit high. Quick and efficient table service, zero downtime (which is always a plus). The desserts are average, nothing memorable, but they do the job without any fuss. There were seven of us, including a little girl. We ordered three side dishes, six pizzas and a braised meat, six desserts, one coffee, and one liqueur, spending a total of €227. I would have liked to see the coffee and the €2 ice cream sundae offered free of charge, which the little girl bought. In short: if you're looking for a good Neapolitan pizza and aren't afraid to spend a little more, La Capannina is a good choice.

The food was all delicious and the waiter Gabriel was an excellent waiter who advised us and gave us good service.

What a pleasant surprise to come to this restaurant! The food is excellent. Everything was delicious, and Gabriel, the waiter, was incredibly kind and helpful in selecting our dishes. The rice dish is highly recommended; it was superb. The Internationale pizza was also very good. We will definitely return.

The massive influx of customers on Christmas Day did not in the least affect the quality of the food and service at this restaurant, which undoubtedly deserves future and pleasant visits.

I think it's one of the best restaurants and pizzerias in Turin... friendly and attentive staff... right in the center, I go there very often and I find it very good.

Excellent food, slightly small portions, good value. Beautifully presented dishes. I recommend the guancia (cheek) and the grissinopoli (grissinopoli). It's a great place to enjoy traditional Piedmontese dishes. The service was a bit confusing; they forgot a dish at our table. It's not pleasant when all the dishes arrive, and then the last dish arrives late after 10 minutes. The next table also had the wrong dessert, and at least twice plates fell in the outdoor dining area.
