Authentic restaurant, good food at reasonable prices. Friendly and well-organized staff. The first course tasted a little too much like pistachio, but it wasn't a problem; everything was delicious. I recommend it!

I had the pleasure of dining at La Capannina and was thrilled. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked: you could taste the quality from the first bite. I ordered the tagliolini allo scoglio: a truly spectacular dish, flavorful and well-balanced, with an immediately captivating seafood aroma. The pasta was delicious, cooked to perfection and with a rich, enveloping sauce. I'd like to highlight their special attention to celiac disease: safe, well-prepared, and free from contamination—a rarity and a tremendous added value for those, like me, who require this care. The dessert was the icing on the cake: delicious, light, and carefully presented. A huge compliment to the entire staff for their courtesy, professionalism, and passion, evident in every detail.

I feel compelled to update my review. I dine there a couple of times a year when I'm in the area. In the past, I've been surprised by the excellent value for money, but over the past two years, things have deteriorated significantly. Prices have risen, and the quality/quantity of the food has declined exponentially. However, the service remains disorganized, and therefore, wait times tend to be excessively long. It's a shame. I'm giving it 3 stars only because I've always had a good experience there in the past.

During my travels in Sicily, I never miss a visit to this place, where they know how to treat raw materials delicately and with an eye to tradition!

Delicious pizza, as were the other dishes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the lobster, but it was my first time eating it, so maybe it's just the way it is 😆

Sono tornato alla capannina dopo qualche anno perché l’ultima volta ero rimasto parecchio deluso della qualità e della cucina. Oggi però devo ricredermi e sicuramente quest’anno ci tornerò più volte. La cortesia dello staff no è mai stata in discussione ma è stato veramente piacevole cenare come anni addietro. Porzioni abbondanti e cucinati davvero bene. Complimenti allo chef ed alla gestione.
