The spaghetti carbonara was the best I've ever had. The pappardelle with the cinghiale ragu was delicious. We had a very good Sangiovese. The tiramisu was also very good. Truly incredible. They were a little overwhelmed because they were short-staffed in the kitchen, but the service was still impeccable. My only complaint is that the music kept cutting out for commercials 😂 but they were great classic rock hits, so it didn't matter at all.
