My wife had a wonderful meal! Unfortunately, my piece of pork was still frozen inside. However, after complaining, I was given a new piece after about 15 minutes and an additional 1 dl of wine on the house. Unfortunately, when paying, another slip-up occurred: they charged me for a bottle instead of a glass, which was immediately rectified after I complained!
It could be that we didn't catch the best day, but that's just how it is with all tourist hotspots...
I would give the restaurant another chance, as the prices for the food are still reasonable!

I had a delicious dinner in Bolgheri, and I can say without hesitation that it was a magnificent experience. The service was impeccable, with staff attentive to detail and ready to recommend each course. The cuisine exceeded every expectation: dishes crafted with attention to both aesthetics and flavor, a perfect balance of Tuscan tradition. I recommend anyone passing through Bolgheri to treat themselves to dinner here: it's not just a meal, but a journey into the heart of Tuscany.
