Pausa pranzo insolita in una Canazei sospesa tra un'estate che non vuole del tutto andare via ma le brusche temperature la rendono già quasi invernale. Ottimo il tris di canrderli al burro fuso. Quello con lo speck particolarmente buono e non stucchevole come in altri posti. Poi che dire polenta e capriolo una armonia di sapori che ti proiettano nel bosco. Le costolette di cervo con polenta una prelibatezza. Conto un pochino caro ma gli ingredienti erano ottimi

Ristorante lungo la strada che dal centro di Canazei va verso la funivia Belvedere. Locale carino ed accogliente, servizio veloce ..buon cibo; da provare gli spatzle di spinaci e lo strudel. Buon rapporto costo/qualità.
