We stayed at this place because it was recommended to us. Giulia and her family are wonderful people, so kind and friendly. Now let's talk about the food, made with unique, typical products (including from other regions) of excellent quality. From the platter of crostini in various flavors to the superb platter of cured meats and cheeses.

We went Friday night. First, I'll say what I didn't like: compostable tableware. Nice location, but nothing special. The tableware and service don't match the prices. There's no price list outside the restaurant. The menu isn't very varied. The choice is basically limited to a platter or bruschetta, especially since, given the prices, even if you wanted something else, you'd have to forgo it. Above all, I don't like how Tuscany doesn't promote local products. Pecorino di Amatrice and cured meats from Umbria. Not quite there. The platter was excellent and plentiful, enough for two. The ingredients were good, but I wouldn't return. All for the modest price of €60 for two, including a platter and six bruschettas.

Siamo arrivati alla Cantina di Cecco verso le 13:45. Le ragazze ci aspettavano perché avevamo prenotato. Il ristorante è molto carino, collocato in una tipica cantina rustica; i tavoli non sono molti, ma c'è possibilità di stare anche all'esterno. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto con bruschette e poi ognuno un primo o un secondo. L'antipasto è andato benissimo: bruschette deliziose e arrivate in tempi brevi. Poi il tutto si è arenato. Circa un'ora per mangiare il primo/secondo che non usciva dalla cucina, mentre persone che si erano sedute dopo, avevano già finito. Non abbiamo capito il motivo. Il cibo è molto buono, il personale gentile, ma le tempistiche sono da curare maggiormente per evitare proteste da parte dei clienti.

Ambiente gradevole, gestione ottima, con la proprietaria Federica attenta alla qualità dei prodotti e alla presentazione degli stessi. I taglieri sono veramente speciali, salumi abbinati con frutta e formaggi con marmellate articolari ( pere e zenzero). Il servizio accurato ed attento al cliente. Pochi piatti caldi, ma scelti tutti con cura e tutti ottimi. Vale certamente ulteriori visite.
