Large restaurant very close to the Macchiagrande forest. Two people had lunch and, perhaps thanks to Thursday, we immediately found a seat and a good table.
Friendly and kind staff.
Everything we consumed was excellent, carbonara with truffles, tortelloni, patanegra with a knife but also the fried foods and artichokes... I bet the other dishes are equally good. And we'll be back to try them. Fair prices.
If you are in the area, go there without hesitation.

Dal Sorcetto represents for me a return to the origins. As a child I went to the seaside in Santa Severa and in the winter my grandfather loved to take the whole family (children, grandchildren and neighbors often) out for polenta. And so we faced what was a journey to go and eat hot polenta on wooden plates. Forty years have passed since then and since I came to live in Bracciano, and I want to savor the charm of those years that never return, but above all to taste ancient flavors in a modern key, I willingly return to this place. Today at lunch it was an even "better" experience than the previous ones, also because I was alone with my wife and we enjoyed the day. The rooms are very comfortable, the service impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. Amazing appetizer based on fried courgette flowers on burrata, with anchovies and chicory. strozzapetri carbonara with black truffle. Richly generous portions that made me skip the second course, but I didn't give up on the dessert challenge: cheesecake with blueberries of the day (shame about the dew drops). For my wife, fried artichokes with pecorino and polenta with mushrooms and pork.
