There's nothing to write about, you just have to sit back and wait for Riccardo (the chef) to feed you until your body begs for mercy. Typical Etruscan dishes and more, a typical medieval setting surrounded by nature! I've been there, I've been back, and I'll be back! Rating 💯

It was very, very tasty. As a German, I was surprised that so many Italians managed to eat two dishes. Unfortunately, we didn't manage it, but our meal was fantastic. We had an aperitif, pasta, and meat. We couldn't even eat dessert because we couldn't even finish the meat. We'd be happy to come back.

We had dinner at this restaurant inside a 13th-century building; delicious food, informal and friendly service, and excellent prices. An experience not to be missed!

In questa caratteristica cantina siamo stati accolti come a casa di cari amici Riccardo ci ha letteralmente presi per mano (da come parcheggiare un pulmino ) e ci ha guidati in una vera esperienza culinaria ,fatta di ingredienti semplici che con grande maestria diventano prelibati e unici (Il tarlo dell'aglio nel sugo della pasta, incredibile!!!!! ) Ci siamo salutati come si salutano i fratelli che abitano lontano ,con l'intenzione di ritornare presto ad assaporare piatti fatti di ingredienti semplici che solo chi ama il proprio territorio e il proprio mestiere sa rendere fondamentali . In questo momento trovare queste realtà fa bene al cuore .Un Abbraccio

Piccolo e caratteristico locale nel centro storico di Latera; dispone anche di spazio esterno con panorama sulla campagna. Riccardo (cuoco e titolare) è una persona davvero eccezionale: con il suo carattere amichevole ed esuberante, trasmette la sua grande passione per la cucina e la ricerca di piatti semplici ma gustosissimi, sapientemente armonizzati con le ricette tradizionali.

15/10/2025: It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

Fresh, healthy, and innovative, the dishes showcase fine cuisine at its best. The atmosphere is both intimate and comfortable, making the experience truly enjoyable. To top it all off, the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montefiascone. Everything at this restaurant was perfect: from the warm welcome to the attentive service, and especially the food! Fresh, healthy, and creative, the dishes represent quality cuisine at its best. The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, making the experience truly enjoyable. And to top it all off, the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montefiascone.

02/11/2025: This restaurant, discovered by chance, offers top-notch service and quality. The staff is knowledgeable, and kudos to the manager, who clearly loves what he does. Prices are in line with the quality of the food.
27/09/2025: Without a doubt, a place where the people who work there LOVE what they do. From appetizer to dessert, I loved everything. I highly recommend the pumpkin soup as an appetizer. The first course and dessert were also excellent (the hazelnut semifreddo, which is said to be one of the best in Italy). The service was also excellent: the waiter was very friendly and helpful, and the owner was very welcoming and interesting, telling us lots of details about his cuisine. The place is small, but nine of us fit in easily. They don't have outdoor seating this season. A wonderful experience, I want to go back to try the pork belly.
