Quality food typical of the area. The red of the day (Nero di Sorano) is something to try (and buy, we took away 2 bottles) The guy who served us was very nice and courteous. The venue is really beautiful. Really honest prices.

it was my go-to for 5 weeks. every Monday the place where a glass of wine and a genuine dish first warmed my stomach and then cheered up my evenings. The two partners take care of their place and their customers with passion but without falsehood. They are genuine and the mix between the English composure of one and the Tuscan nature of the other is fantastic

Ci sono entrato per caso un lunedì sera di novembre, alla ricerca di un posto dove mangiare un piatto caldo. Mi è subito piaciuto il locale tra l'enoteca e la Gastronomia. Mi ha accolto un signore dall'accento inglese. Ho bevuto un bicchiere di rosso e mangiato la ribollita. Ho assaggiato il dolce tipico del luogo, lo sfratto: mille e noci avvolti in una leggera sfoglia. Ci sono tornato la settimana dopo e mi ha colpito che si sono ricordati. Non capita spesso. Da allora, per 5 settimana ci sono ritornato. Non solo per la qualità del cibo, ma per la compagnia dei due soci, un felice mix fatto di flemma inglese e di veracita toscana

From the tour in Tuscia at the end of August, we took this beautiful variation to Pitigliano and Sorano (we had already stopped here a few years before)... when lunch time arrived we started looking for a nice place to have lunch; this place apparently seems very touristy, all of which was reinforced in conviction like our hesitation when the person who made us sit outside addressed us with an Anglo-Saxon accent. Sometimes appearances are deceiving, this is the proof...excellent food, fresh and tasty accompanied by a wine worthy of a king (CILIEGIOLO)...kindness and speed in following up with customers..., we ate really well !!! We bought a delicious jar of fig jam to take home... with the cheeses it was a nectar.

Excellent service, the very nice owner entertained us with excellent conversation.

Visiting Sorano we noticed this typical local restaurant, we decided to stop for lunch, excellent choice. Platter of Sienese cold cuts and mixed cold cuts and really excellent cheeses...unfortunately I didn't take photos...very nice traditional place with local products, which can also be purchased. Helpful and welcoming staff, quick service, places to eat even outside. Really great food! I highly recommend.

Locale alla mano, nel centro di Sorano. Abbiamo preso un tagliere un insalata e ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori. Tutto molto buono.
