We ate here for dinner. It's definitely in a beautiful location, and the dining room is also nicely presented. It's obvious that the management has changed and is aiming to raise the standard, but there are some small improvements I would make: there were four of us and we were given a huge table, probably because we booked at the last minute and that was all that was left. It wasn't very comfortable, as we could barely reach the water and bread in the center of the table without having to get up. I would also increase the selection of non-alcoholic drinks (from beer to soft drinks, maybe even wine). The dishes are good and refined, but the portions are a bit small. The girls serving are very nice but young and experienced: we had to ask for a bread basket after more than 20 minutes of being seated, the off-menu items were only listed to us when we ordered, a dish that had been requested as vegetarian (risotto without mountain pesto) was brought with pesto, and for drinks we had to ask for extra glasses (a small detail, but it's nice to offer them right away, like with wine). Finally, the service was a bit slow (2 hours). We'll return once these details are implemented for better customer service. The prices are quite reasonable. Good luck!

We've been missing a restaurant like this. A restaurant overlooking the hills, offering a constantly changing seasonal menu, based on the available ingredients. Refined dishes and impeccable service. We ate divinely, from appetizer to dessert; my absolute favorite was the duck-filled caramels.
The young chef uses lesser-known cuts of meat with strong, authentic flavors, and enhances them with contrasting flavors and colors. The menu will be changing again soon, so we'll have to return.

A fabulous setting, perfect for escaping the summer heat and enjoying a dinner surrounded by hillside vineyards. Attentive and friendly staff and divine food! The chef always manages to amaze us with creative pairings and fresh, authentic ingredients. The tasting menu is a must-try to take your taste buds on a journey. 😍 I don't have any photos to attach because I can't resist finishing the whole dish, but I assure you, you'll be amazed by the dishes! Try them and believe them!

Under the new management, the quality is improving, but I think there's still a lot of work to do, especially in hospitality. We'll be back to see how it evolves, because the place is truly wonderful.

It's not just worth a visit, it's a must-try. The new management is perfect, the food is superb, and the specials are exciting.
An entrée: Galina beef meatball
We had the crispy flower
The liver with Tropea onion, fantastic
Then to follow:
Sweet as candy, to discover and savor every single bite.
Then the twine between woods and fields, each roll an explosion of flavor.
For main courses:
Knuckle and potatoes, a pleasant discovery, and then the fake porchetta. I won't tell you about the desserts.
