La reservation est facile, le proprietaire parle bien francais et est franchement tres gentil.
Pensez a reserver car c'est une table classique et appreciee du coin, nappes et serviettes en tissu, cela nous change de la decadence culinaire francaise ou cela devient rare. A 21h00 le restaurant etait plein, et un jeudi.
Le reste est tout sauf une cantine mais plutot un restaurant de bon niveau ou on sert une cuisine local classique et soignee, les prix ne sont pas hyper eleves mais pas non plus bon marche compte tenu des proportions relativement congrues.
Le service est sans reproche, avec le sourire et en francais, avec des menus egalement en francais, franchement c'est tres appreciable de voir un tel niveau general.
La decoration est assez classique, sur un modele chasse des annees 80', on aime ou pas, question de gout.
La grande specialite est la Tagliata, sorte de roti de veau qu'on vous decoupe en tranches devant vous avec legumes, le tout pour un prix tres correct (25 euros par personne, mini 2). Les pates sont excellentes, tout comme leur risotto egalement.
Les desserts sont copieux, classiques et bons, pas de deception sur ce point.Les vins sont a des prix tres corrects contrairement a chez nous. Globalement comptez 55/60 euros par personne tout compris. Le restaurant vaut le deplacement, et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

What a great ristorante with some amazing home cooked Piedmonte dishes we have tried on this trip. It's a simple ristorante style restaurant but gets crowded with locals even on a weekday.
All the dishes we tried were delicious, deer meat sauce pasta was so delicious for such a simple humble dish. Warm service by the entire team and they had a nice variety of barolo wine to complement the great Piedmonte dishes.
All the desserts were home made and apple tarte tartin was the clear winner for me. Such a simple and humble dessert but made it for perfection.

Ottimi piatti, superbamente preparati, servizio eccellente, persino i grissini sono buonissimi e freschi. La carne battuta dell' antipasto era buonissima 3 ben presentata, simpatica la modalità per condirsela da sè. Tagliolini ai porcini perfetti di cottura e di condimento, buonissimi e senza un filo di grasso. Buono il piatto di polenta e salsiccia, il sugo era buono come quello che mangio a casa mia, salsiccette e polenta gustose. Ho provato un dolce tipico piemontese ed era assolutamente ben preparato, anche se il gusto non incontrava il mio palato, tuttavia volevo provarli per curiosità. Cameriere affabili e tutte svelte, preparate e gentilissime. Prezzi in linea con la qualità dei cibi ed il livello del servizio. Assolutamente consigliato
