Not a very happy location for this restaurant with excellent features. It is located on the road to Cesana and if you cannot find parking exactly in front you must pay close attention when crossing the road. Excellent food, just a small note about the meat. Those who offer grilled meat should perhaps serve it on a hot stone, so that it does not cool down too quickly during consumption, risking eating the last cold part. For the rest the dishes are excellent and prepared with care. Remarkable cellar, even in the spirits section, clearly visible in the middle of one of the rooms. Attentive and courteous service. Ottimi piatti, superbamente preparati, servizio eccellente, persino i grissini sono buonissimi e freschi. La carne battuta dell' antipasto era buonissima 3 ben presentata, simpatica la modalità per condirsela da sè. Tagliolini ai porcini perfetti di cottura e di condimento, buonissimi e senza un filo di grasso. Buono il piatto di polenta e salsiccia, il sugo era buono come quello che mangio a casa mia, salsiccette e polenta gustose. Ho provato un dolce tipico piemontese ed era assolutamente ben preparato, anche se il gusto non incontrava il mio palato, tuttavia volevo provarli per curiosità. Cameriere affabili e tutte svelte, preparate e gentilissime. Prezzi in linea con la qualità dei cibi ed il livello del servizio. Assolutamente consigliato

Locale poco fuori Cesana Torinese, molto rinomato, e giustamente, nella zona. Location elegante e prodotti di alta qualità. Ampia cantina dei vini e servizio veramente di alto livello. Piatti della tradizione, cucinati però secondo uno stile più vicino al ristorante stellato che alla trattoria. In tal senso, non deve trarre in inganno il nome. Porzioni non abbondanti e prezzi elevati, ma commisurati al tipo di locale.
