I got married here in July 2024, everything was fantastic starting from the magical location, up to the welcome from Giuseppe and all the staff, really friendly and extremely professional. It is a vineyard right behind the sea, it seems to be in Tuscany but instead you are in Riva Trigoso, a truly unique thing! I couldn't have made a better choice.

Location unica in mezzo ai vitigni. Abbiamo festeggiato l'arrivo del nuovo anno con amici in una splendida atmosfera. Cucina e servizio fantastici. Vini strepitosi...in particolare, secondo mio gusto, lo Scimiscià (cimixa) L'Antico. ...ormai tappa fissa❤️💙

I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation a few months ago at the winery. The location is very beautiful and well-kept, the wooden tables give a refined atmosphere to the place. The staff was kind and attentive, Matteo welcomed every request with great availability and flexibility. I proposed a different evening to my guests, giving the dinner a touch of creativity and painting. We had a lovely evening, the food was appreciated by everyone (both for the quality and the abundance): we recommend the risotto to everyone! I recommend the Bisson Winery for this kind of occasion!

Siamo stati più volte in questa cantina che si presta per ogni evento, aperitivo con amici, cena romantica, cena aziendale, degustazione vinicola e molto altro ancora. Noi abbiamo deciso di organizzare il nostro matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Il giorno più bello della nostra vita, senza dubbio “Cantina Abissi” ha avuto una parte non da poco per renderlo tale. Location Incantevole, cucina eccezionale e molto attenta ad ogni esigenza. Staff qualificato, impeccabile, molto disponibile e piacevole. Possibilità di aperitivo, pranzo o cena all’esterno o all’interno, fra le vigne o nella cantina interrata. Ampia scelta di piatti e vini di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Matteo e Giuseppe che ci hanno seguito e guidato da subito, in modo superlativo, con molta professionalità, disponibilità e hanno reso la nostra giornata Meravigliosa.

Wonderfully spectacular!!! When elegant beauty meets the welcoming kindness of Matteo and the exquisiteness of a top cuisine glittering with bubbles signed by Bisson from the vineyards exposed between sky and sea. I chose the spectacular "Bisson Cantina degli Abissi" in Sestri Levante to make the party conceived and studied by me Fatina Sonia, in honor of Regina Fata Tea, epochal. As happened last year, the invited guests experienced a daydream, this year with the first Coronation Anniversary. Every step, wonderfully perfect. From the meeting with the very kind, smiling and knowledgeable owner Matteo who satisfied with grace and joy my imaginative requests as well as that of having a fantastic veg menu full of colors and delicious taste; to the friendliness and great smiling attention of his collaborators in the room. Matteo and the staff lovingly followed the entire event, making sure that every step proceeded as best as possible and so it did. Even with regards to the decorative aspect, my requests were listened to with sincere welcome. A sweetness that made the epochal celebration grandiose, also made so by the flood of compliments poured out by the guests for the excellent dishes, created with passion and creativity, by the Bisson cuisine: local products of the highest quality and presented with skilful elegance. We had a wonderful evening with a great wine tasting and a classic cutting board. We particularly liked the service provided by the wait staff. She deserves a special thank you. We all really liked the wines. We will probably have to take some bottles with us to Germany.

I got married here in 2022! I can't say anything but MAGNIFICENT My husband and I were looking for a green place but close to the sea, which represented us... and the vineyards are a wonderful thing Giovanni (the guy who looked after us) was terrific, he kept track of all our little details. From the buffet aperitif with small foods, to the space dinner with a pairing of their wines. The risotto with prawns and beetroot powder was my favorite from the day of the menu test... not to mention the suckling pig, oh my! All guests were surprised by the location and happy The photos taken in the vineyard are our favorites. They were super nice to keep all our things (tableau veil which I forgot..) until after our honeymoon! Really beautiful and friends chose the same location after seeing our wedding. We also had wedding favors made with their Bisson space rosé!!!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday at the Cantina Bisson in Riva Trigoso, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. Located in an enchanting position, surrounded by vineyards, the restaurant offers an elegant and refined atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. The food was simply delicious. Each dish was carefully prepared. The location is another strong point and the attention to detail and elegant furnishings contribute to making the environment welcoming and relaxing. The service was excellent, with friendly staff attentive to our every need. The waiters were professional and helpful, making the evening even more pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a special evening in a unique context.

This restaurant is known for the orimi and above all for the homemade pesto which was made by Luca's mother whose name was Lucia, who unfortunately died in December last year but her son Luca continues to follow his mother's recipes with enormous success. For first courses we had trofie with pesto and chestnut trofie with pesto and as second courses a sliced ​​beef with rocket and parmesan and grilled vegetables. For dessert we shared a delicious cheesecake. Everything was good, only the cut, although very good, was a little tough and had a lot of nerves. Numerous welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly and helpful staff while the service was attentive and fast and the prices were right for the quality of the dishes. 18/01/2025: Very satisfied with lunch! We had mixed appetizers with cured meats, pickled vegetables and rice cake and two very generous portions of ravioli with mushroom sauce. There was no more room for the second course... however, we were tempted by the desserts: me Bavarian and my husband apple pie. All delicious. Very honest account.
