La Cantina Ciociara In Roma

We arrived early, and the waiter patiently explained to us that they were still waiting for the chef to start work (Is this the unique sense of relaxation of Italians? Haha). We were asked to sit down first and asked if we needed basic services such as water. The appetizer we ordered was not replaced with cheese and it was also delicious! The salad was the basic version, but the vegetables were sweet~ The macaroni was delicious! The stewed oxtail was really amazing! ! But it was a bit salty for southern Chinese people...

Highlight is the service. Owner is a great guy, works hard, and treated us well. The gluten free pasta was inexpensive comparably to other places nearby, and it was good. The carbonara was solid.

The two pizzas were acceptable. I've had better. Outdoor seating. No restrooms

Truffle Italian egg yolk noodles are delicious and not greasy. Fresh truffles are shaved directly and sprinkled on the noodles. Every bite is so fragrant. Ask the waiter to recommend pizza. The olives, ham, cheese and vegetables that taste like precious bamboo shoots are very smooth and amazing. If you are a free traveler, you can directly post these photos to order. The above portion is just right for two people

Had a chicken salad for lunch. Not much chicken also piece of tomato rotten. Told them said sorry but did not seem to care

Day in the center of Rome with friends who came from out of town. We were tied to tight schedules dictated by train departures and friends who didn't want to give up carbonara and gricia. They managed to accommodate us by making us eat quickly. Dishes quite in line with tradition, more than adequate portions, fast and kind service. Honest price

The first courses are very good. Prices are high as in all of Rome. Very kind staff. The place is really small inside, there are tables outside. The bathroom is horrible, located near the kitchen, which I must say is also not pleasant to look at. I recommend their pasta dishes anyway. Really good
