The Cantina Antica (now Cantina Ikea) has lost all its identity and the charm that had made it unique. With a radical renovation, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the past has been replaced by a cold and impersonal environment, which I renamed the 'IKEA Cellar'. Although the quality of the dishes has remained unchanged, the soul of the place has disappeared. I would even recommend changing the name, because what the Cantina Antica represented no longer exists. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

POSIZIONE: 9 (Appena passato il ponte di Trezzo, da Capriate verso Trezzo)
SERVIZIO: 6 (Tutto regolare)
AMBIENTE: 7 (Particolare, tavoli e sedie in ferro battuto, ristorante in un "cortile" all'interno dell'hotel.)
MENÙ: 5 (Varie portate, ma a noi alcune sono arrivate tiepide quasi fredde)
CONTO: 5,5 (Pensavo qualcosina meno)
CI TORNERESTI: Mi piacerebbe riprovare

Good fresh fish, good side dishes, satisfying portions, the staff is polite and adequate, the prices are normal, I will definitely return

Everything almost perfect. Local, nice young staff, very good quality of food. Even the right bill. But... the mussel soup needs to be reviewed. Certainly not for the quantity or for the very good octopus but.... Not the sauce at all. Even though cherry tomatoes cost a lot these days, you can't trust the taste to a simple can of tomatoes. Definitely worth returning.

L'arredamento denota cura nei particolari. Il servizio è molto buono, con camerieri all'altezza e di buona empatia. Il menu è particolare, con attenzione al territorio. La carta dei vini adeguata al livello del locale.
L'entrata del ristorante, rispetto a quella dell'hotel, non è ideale perchè si collega subito all'esterno e se fa freddo lascia entrare aria fredda. Una buona esperienza.
