28/12/2024: I have been frequenting this pizzeria since the beginning and have always been a big fan, especially for the excellent dough, which continues to be one of the best in the area. However, lately I have noticed a decline in the quality of the condiments: the ingredients seem less tasty and less balanced than in the past. I hope you can review the attention to detail on the toppings, because the dough deserves to be made the most of. I remain confident that you can return to the quality standards that made you so popular in the first place. I am happy to know that the quality of the raw materials remains your priority, and the passion you put into selecting the ingredients is evident. However, I believe that the quality of a pizza does not only depend on the quality of the raw materials, but also on the care with which it is prepared. Unfortunately, the pizza I ate recently wasn't up to par with those I've enjoyed at your place in the past. Perhaps it may have been an isolated case, but I felt I had to share this impression.
