My personal observation concerns the overall atmosphere of the shop, which can be somewhat selective for regular customers. While I recognize the excellent workmanship and the quality of the offerings, I sense a marked attention to the image and brand of those who frequent it. While a casual visitor might simply enjoy a coffee or a quick purchase without noticing this dynamic, those who are local and intend to visit regularly might notice that the clothing and bicycles are overpriced based on their value or brand. In short, Sartoria is a place of excellence in its sector and knows how to attract a specific, niche clientele.
