La Cantina In Verbania

This restaurant is just amazing, set in a naturally cool cave, the environment is authentic and rustic. It’s a typically family-run restaurant yet with very high-level cooking skills by chef Francesco. Loved every dish, and you see the chef cooking in front of you in an open kitchen :) The service is attentive and people are genuinely nice. 😊

We had an excellent dining experience at La Cantina in Alberobello! The food was absolutely delicious, prepared right in front of us, which added a special charm to the moment. The fresh ingredients and authentic flavors won us over from the first bite. A big plus was the chef – not only very skilled, but also extremely funny! He managed to create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, transforming the meal into a real experience. I highly recommend it to those visiting Alberobello and wanting to enjoy authentic local dishes, in an environment full of life and hospitality!

The restaurant is nice, we ate outside and the atmosphere was really nice. The service is good, Laura is really kind and hospitable. The food is very good (we had bombette and orecchiette with ragù and ricotta forte). Reservations recommended.

I went for lunch today, very professional service, the place is small but very nice. You eat while watching the chef prepare his dishes. What I liked most is watching how everyone who works in this place has fun, especially Mr. Francesco, he seems like a painter intent on "painting" his dishes. Everything is very good, prices are quite high, but in line with those of other restaurants in the area.

The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. The chocolate souffle was epic. I would definitely return.

Excellent food and outstanding service. Some restaurants lack service, but this one was simply perfect. I definitely recommend reserving a table by phone in advance – even during the week. During my visit, the waiters had to turn away many guests without reservations.

Very good pasta ,actually the best pasta i had in apulia. You can see how the chef is cooking and the staff is very friendly
