We discovered this restaurant thanks to the Hotel Villa Silvia, and it was an exceptional surprise. From the first moment, the welcome was warm and the staff proved to be extremely attentive to dietary needs, in particular my need for gluten-free dishes.

Although they rightly warned about possible contamination – something I really appreciated for their transparency – they did everything to minimize the risk, and I, not being particularly sensitive to contamination, was able to enjoy a rich, filling and delicious meal.
The service was impeccable, with staff always available, friendly and ready to satisfy every request. One of the things that I found most fascinating was the open kitchen, a real spectacle: being able to observe the preparation of the dishes in real time, seeing the care and attention with which each course is made, adds a unique value to the 'experience.
I ate really well, all prepared with quality ingredients and authentic flavors that won me over. Being from Naples, this restaurant is quite far from home, but I'm sure that if I return to Puglia, it will be a must.
However, be careful to notify them first by telephone of your gluten-free requirement, so as to prepare them as best as possible.
I highly recommend it to everyone, especially to those who need gluten-free cuisine, remembering however that contamination is possible, but managed with great attention and professionalism. Congratulations to all the staff for their excellent work!

Good place but on the menu they advertise pasta del Giorno also they call original cuisine so I was expecting fresh pasta but it was obviously dry pasta so the pieces that stuck together didn't cook all the way and the flavor wasn't there, the lamb dish was very tasty, desert was tiramisu and it was very good and the coffee excellent

An amazing lunch in a converted cellar. We came in January, an off-peak season when most restaurants are closed in Alberobello following a recommendation by a local owner of a souvenir shop we visited. What an excellent recommendation! They had an open concept kitchen where we could see the chef prepare our dishes. The food was fresh and tasty and service was great. Also child-friendly - we saw many families with their young children dining here.

No, but too much fun, you eat while looking at the kitchen, that is, you eat directly in the kitchen, too beautiful, a very good chef, in the blink of an eye the first superlatives. Try it! Too bad there is no reception or wifi.

I had the pleasure of dining in a restaurant with an open kitchen, and the experience was fantastic. The home atmosphere combined with the possibility of seeing chef Francesco at work made the evening truly special. The dishes were delicious and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant for a unique dining experience.
