I had the pleasure of dining in a restaurant with an open kitchen, and the experience was fantastic. The home atmosphere combined with the possibility of seeing chef Francesco at work made the evening truly special. The dishes were delicious and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant for a unique dining experience.

I was there with friends during the Christmas holidays. Place located in a hypogeum, very nice with open kitchen, a gem of this restaurant. Mixed appetizers "La cantina" very good and varied, a true experience among the flavors of Puglia. The bread was delicious, especially when served hot. Afterwards we had a first course of the day which consisted of strascinate (typical pasta of the area) with turnip cream, anchovies and breadcrumbs. Simple but very tasty dish. All accompanied with good Primitivo wine. We finished with dessert. Price around €50 per person, a little higher than average, but I think well spent. I recommend it.

A small place with a family atmosphere, as if it were the kitchen at grandma's house, all the food is delicious.
