An absolute highlight of my trip to Puglia! I recommend getting a table near the kitchen; it's great fun to watch the owner at work. Fantastic food!

A very characteristic place, with an open kitchen and limited seating (25-30), delicious appetizers, fresh, top-quality ingredients (cured meats, cheeses, dairy products, vegetables, meat, etc.), and special desserts. I recommend the panzerotto with hazelnut spread and the tiramisu, all homemade, of course. We'll be back.

Warm welcome, small, clean restaurant that was a bit noisy depending on the other customers. Very good food made right in front of us (be careful, the fries are more like chips), efficient service and with announced delivery times for certain dishes made to order.

The photo doesn't do justice to the quality of the food and the service at this excellent restaurant! Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, chili, and lemon. Delicious and without a doubt the best restaurant I've tried in Puglia this week. The warm atmosphere and friendly (and above all, human) service perfectly complement the meal.
I truly recommend this tasty, high-quality cuisine! Thank you!
