La Cantina In Morano calabro

The restaurant is located on the outskirts of the town, next to the state road. Upon entering there is a large car park. The restaurant has a veranda-style entrance with large windows from which you can see the Pollino mountains. There is also an internal part. The tables are simple and the furnishings are rustic. The service is basic and a bit quick with little explanation. We took a first course and a side dish with water and paid 30 euros for two. The ATM didn't work. The first consisted of homemade pasta with meat sauce. The sauce seemed a little rich in oil to me. Overall, the place and the service seem to me to be of medium quality with a price that is a little too high for the place and the context.

Cozy restaurant, in a good location and mountain view and with convenient parking. Excellent first and second courses. Our polenta was fabulous and the ribs excellent. Recommended, also for the price.

This evening, passing through Morano, I had dinner in this restaurant. It's the first time I've tasted typical food of great quality, quantity and preparation at a really low cost. The staff were friendly and very helpful. More than that.... I absolutely recommend it.

We had dinner here one evening in August and had a very good time. Abundant dishes, products and traditional dishes. Too bad the few vegan dishes for my wife. Excellent quality/price ratio
